Chaperon offers a 2-year warranty on its crystal protectors against material or manufacturing defects, including yellowing, delamination, blistering, and cracking under normal use.

It's important to note that while Chaperon's warranty covers discoloration due to material defects, it does not cover damage caused by improper maintenance or external factors such as corrosive liquids, solvents, or abrasive materials. To ensure full coverage, strictly follow the maintenance instructions and immediately remove any contaminants that may come into contact with the crystal protector.

Failure to comply with these conditions may result in voiding warranty claims.

Liability

Except where prohibited by law, Chaperon and the retailer, as installer and/or dealer of the product, are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the product, including direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, regardless of the legal theory asserted, including warranty, contract, negligence, or strict liability. Chaperon assumes no liability for mechanical damage or damage resulting from improper application or removal of the product. Use of products on painted, coated, or sensitive surfaces is at your own risk. The user is responsible for ensuring compatibility with the surface being treated.
